Advice from a therapist who does EMDR via teletherapy:I have them pick two spots in a room or have them use either side of their computer screen as a guide to move their eyes back and forth. I then turn on a metronome sound to keep the speed of eye movements and have them move their eyes to the speed and sound of the metronome.
