PrairieCare PAL
Do you know about PAL (Psychiatric Assistance Line)?
PAL is a free service available to health professionals every Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Any healthcare provider can call for mental health triage and referral, or for a consultation with a Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist regarding a patient. PAL also collaborates with Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Minnesota (PPSM) to provide perinatal consultations with a psychiatric prescriber. For more information, click the button below or watch this short video from the PAL team. |
PrairieCare's Assessment & Intake Department (AID)!
The Assessment and Intake Department, or AID for short, is your first point-of-contact at PrairieCare. The team will help new and existing patients with their journey of hope and healing with an individual care plan, answer any questions they may have, and offers a no-cost mental health screening. The team is knowledgeable about PrairieCare’s programs and services. To make a referral or learn more about immediate openings, call our AID Team at 952-826-8475.

PrairieCare's IOP's
Our Young Adult Intensive Out-Patient Program serves young adults who are having an especially difficult time right now with managing the stress and anxiety they are experiencing, especially with life transitions.
We also offer an Co-occurring Intensive Out-Patient Program that utilizes evidence-based practices to treat both mental illness and substance use conditions at the same time. Both of these programs are offered virtually. There are also immediate openings in our Peri-natal intensive outpatient program for moms having emotional/mental health issues before, during or after birth. https://www.prairie-care.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/PerinatalIOP-Winter2020-announcement.pdf
Anyone can call 952.826.8475 for a no cost mental health screen to determine which service may be most helpful at this time. Feel free to contact me with your questions or if you would like more information on our services.
